I stayed for over a month in the cheapest room. The bed was big and soft, with lots of pillows, so it was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, reception was open 24 hours, and the room got a full clean every day. Noise insulation was decent, the minibar had free drinks and snacks, and fresh juice was available at reception any time. The location was good, and smoking on the balcony was allowed. Some rooms are in better shape than others. I had a leaking roof and slow air conditioning, but they moved me to another room quickly twice, without any trouble. There are fresher rooms too. Most balconies look toward a neighboring hotel with panoramic windows, so it feels like people can watch you. The pool in the photos is only for VIP rooms, which start at 14k baht, and there's no laundry room. The nearest laundry place is a 10 minute walk. It felt a little overpriced for Chiang Mai, though they do offer long stay discounts.

I had a great stay here. The reception staff were really friendly, and the hotel had a big smart TV, comfy beds and a balcony, along with other good amenities. It's in a nice part of Chiang Mai with plenty of good coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

The rooms look modern and new, with sleek furnishings, Japanese-style toilets and a nice balcony. The beds and pillows were cozy and high quality, so I slept very comfortably. I was close to giving this place 4 or 5 stars, but the service side of the stay was poor enough that I settled on 1. The main issue was a towel. Staff asked me to pay 300 baht because they said I'd dirtied it. There was some dirt when I checked, but I washed it out in about 30 seconds. Asking that much for something so easy to clean felt unfair and sneaky. This is why I want to warn people that some employees may try to make extra money by charging for towel cleaning. Other details also fell short. The cleaning was mediocre, with long female hair in the bathroom when I arrived. The reusable slippers were dirty, and the room had a mild but noticeable unpleasant smell. There were only four hangers and no proper closet, so I had to live out of my suitcase during my extended stay. A few staff members were kind, but most seemed bored or uninterested, often on their phones and sometimes rude. The hotel has a lot going for it, but service and attention to detail need a lot of improvement.

We got a superior room for a great price since we came in the dull season. They serviced the room daily, and the service was great. One staff member in particular was so helpful and made the stay really enjoyable.

Pim at reception was especially kind and cooperative, serving us with real sincerity. The hotel also allows smoking on the balcony, though of course not inside the room. It's one of the few that does, and I highly recommend the place. The price can sometimes be lower than on hotel booking sites. It's one of the most beautiful hotels in Nimman, with clean rooms, an excellent location and elegant service.
