The staff were nice, but wow, I haven’t seen guests this snobbish in Thailand as I did here. We asked for a quiet room, yet both mornings we were woken at 8:30 sharp by roadwork right outside our window. The hotel is also far from everything, at least a 30-minute walk.

We return to this resort every year when we visit Krabi, and it always feels like coming home. It’s peaceful and relaxing, tucked a little away from crowds and tourists, and the pool is great. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which makes everything easy and enjoyable. Breakfast is tasty and varied, and it’s a perfect place to unwind and recharge. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and we could book an excursion right through the hotel. It’s in a quiet area with a beautiful panorama, and the large swimming pool is a real bonus for relaxing. The rooms were clean and well equipped. A very nice hotel, I recommend it.

The pool was decent, but that was about the only bright spot. The place is run down, the views are poor, and the location isn't great. Service was unpredictable, the playground was a mess, and the bathrooms were sketchy. Breakfast was just okay at best. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The place looked fresh and made a good first impression when we arrived, but that didn't last. Our room was dusty and not clean enough, and the receptionist said we could only have two bottles of drinking water a day. The front desk staff weren't welcoming, with no smile or even a thank you. We felt like they were doing us a favor. I left feeling unwelcome.
