The thin walls let a lot of noise from outside through. Apart from that, everything was good and the stay was decent.

The internet is awful here. You can only get a connection from the router in the room across from yours, so bring your own internet if you plan to stay. The building also seems to have no pest treatment. Cockroaches still show up even when you clean your room yourself, and flying insects get in through gaps around the doors and air conditioning vents. Shared air ducts blow straight into the rooms, and some units are staff accommodation, so complaints about cigarette smoke or other smells may not help. Rent is 6,000-8,500 baht and up, before water and electricity. You can draw your own conclusions. There's hammering almost every day, either from residents or from people drilling and sawing. It feels like a construction site. The walls are so thin that conversations next door carry through, and heavy banging from upstairs, like pestles or other objects being pounded, is loud too. Don't bring small children unless you want trouble. Management seemed fine at first, but became rude and disrespectful over time. They do things carelessly, and both management and cleaning staff keep finding fault with residents using the security cameras. They also don't seem to take COVID-19 precautions seriously. If you've lived in condos near Asoke or in central Bangkok, the difference is huge. Security guards are barely around, except at night.

The building was clean, the Wi-Fi was free, and the owner was kind. Service and help were good too. I was impressed.
