The rooftop pool is a very good size, and the hotel gym is one of the largest and best equipped I’ve seen. There’s also a convenient rooftop bar. The rooms are spacious with a decent setup, although I found the decor a little dated. Breakfast was pretty decent, standard fare with a good selection. The hotel is fairly central and close to Soi 11, but you’ll probably want a car to get there. Traffic can get very congested at certain times, so plan around that. The place was clean and well organized, and the staff were helpful. They even have a desk for booking tours and events, which I found useful. The price was alright, though slightly higher. I’d consider staying again.

The restaurant is the main reason I’ve chosen to come back. I love the food and the dining atmosphere, and it’s been consistently good whenever I’ve eaten here. The service is friendly and professional without feeling too formal or intrusive, which I appreciate. The hotel sits right in a convenient city-centre spot, yet feels peaceful once you’re inside. It’s calm, comfortable, and quietly luxurious, without being flashy. I’d definitely stay here again.

The family room worked so well for us, especially since it’s hard to find a two-bedroom option. It had one queen bed and two twins, plus a huge bathroom with a big tub, two separate showers, and two separate toilets. We had a great view, and the staff were very kind. The hotel always smelled amazing, including when they cleaned the room. We stayed four nights. It’s about 25 minutes from all the action, but the comfort and decent price made it worth it. I’d stay again on my next visit.

The front desk team and bellboys were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I also appreciated the complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle to the train station on days I didn’t feel like walking. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and very clean, with a lovely pool. It’s just a short walk from the train station, but the area around it stays quiet and peaceful. Breakfast tasted good, though I would’ve liked a little more variety. I had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Bangkok and would happily return.
