Nona Hotel

The room itself was fine, but I felt unsafe after what happened around 5 AM. Someone pounded on my door several times, called out “hello sir,” and then tried the handle. It didn't seem like a drunk guest to me; the voice and behavior felt clear and intentional. I called the front desk while it was happening and got no answer. When I reported it at checkout, staff assumed it was a drunk guest and didn't take it seriously. I asked them to check the CCTV, but never heard back. I hope they improve overnight security and the front desk response, especially in the early morning.

For this price, the stay felt well worth it. The room was fairly spacious despite the simple furniture, and I especially liked the large shower area and how clean the toilet was kept. The location is great, and the hotel was clean. Service was fantastic too. I can't remember the young man's name, but he was always energetic and helpful. Thanks for the service.

The location earned a star from me: it was central, and getting around on foot was easy. Another star for the service, since the staff were humble and did their best to make us comfortable when we complained. But I wouldn't stay here again. For the first two nights our room smelled like weed. We're non-smokers, and the smell affected our health. They let us change rooms after we complained, but the new one smelled of mold and sewage coming from the bathroom.
