D-hub Hostel

We booked it quickly because we needed somewhere after the airport. The staff were actually really nice, but the room was very dirty, especially the bathroom, and I didn’t feel clean while I was there. Wouldn’t recommend.

I arrived around 10:30 at night without a reservation, needing somewhere to sleep until my flight from Don Mueang Airport. There was staff at the desk, and I could rent a private room. The deposit was 500 baht, or I could leave my ID or passport at reception. The room was basic, but it had what I needed: a bed, air conditioning, an outlet, and a modern bathroom with a hot shower. I heard some street noise and inconsiderate guests, though I was tired enough to fall asleep easily and nothing major woke me. There were a couple of street vendors open about a block away when I arrived, but the nearby 7-11 looked like the easiest option for a quick bite. Despite the business being called a "Hostel," it has private rooms. In the morning I walked to the airport using the overpass at the end of the street. I wouldn’t pick this for a holiday or a longer stay, but it worked perfectly for an overnight stop before a flight, and I’d stay here again.

We had one room with a bunk bed. It’s close to the airport, though Bangkok city is a long way off unless you have a motorcycle. There’s no parking space. For a budget stay it’s fine, as long as you’re not expecting a luxurious or especially comfortable room.

Easy to walk to the airport from here, which made it a good spot for the night before an early flight.
