Asawann Hotel Suvarnabhumi

I’ve stayed here twice when heading to BKK airport, and I like it. It’s a very nice hotel for the price, with restaurants next door, a 7-11, a PTT gas station, and a Lotus store almost beside it. The staff are friendly and professional, and the room was clean and nicely decorated. There were two bottles of cold water in the refrigerator, plus a hot pot and coffee on the counter. Construction on Lat Krabang can make the trip to BKK take longer at busy times.

I really like this hotel. It’s inside a PTT gas station, with a 7-Eleven and Amazon Coffee out front. There are restaurants, laundry service, and plenty of parking. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are very large and clean. The air conditioning gets wonderfully cool.

The only real plus was being close to the airport. I booked two rooms with double beds for three nights, and we were disappointed from the start. We asked to move to a room at the front, but reception said the hotel was full, which didn’t seem true. Our rooms weren’t cleaned during the stay, and no drinking water was left on the other day. Reception said we had to request cleaning, even though we hadn’t put up a “Do Not Disturb” or “No Room Cleaning” sign. Even without daily cleaning, they should still provide water and refill the coffee each day. There was a terrible smell from the drain. The bed was very small and moved whenever you did, so it was quite uncomfortable. Apart from the airport location, it wasn’t worth staying here.

Many of my hotel guests have visited my massage parlor and praised the hotel’s excellent service. My massage parlor is directly across the street from the hotel, only a 5-minute walk away.
