It's a quiet neighbourhood, but Old Town's lively spots are close by, and it's easy to get a Grab from here. Chiang Mai Gate is a 10-minute walk, with a 7-11, restaurants, and cafes all within that distance. The rooms are spacious and nice, the staff are lovely, and the pool area has a sun deck that stays sunny until sunset. It's a medium-sized hotel with good facilities and very little noise at night. The pool is especially popular with families during the day, and it felt very kid friendly. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Chiang Mai.

This was a perfect place to stay in chiang mai. The spot is convenient, near the old city and a few restaurants, massage shops, and small convenience stores. It's absolutely spotless, and the owner is available pretty much around the clock. The pool area is lovely and has a kids pool too. Breakfast isn't offered, but there's a small self-service station from 07-10 am with toast, spreads, coffee, bananas, and biscuits, all free.

Breakfast was a nice extra, and the rooms were clean and roomy. I loved how inviting the pool area was, whether you wanted to swim, have lunch or dinner, or sit with a drink in the evening. Reception was full of useful information, and the location was great. My favorite place to stay in Thailand.

After busy days exploring Chiang Mai, the pool was a lovely place to unwind. The rooms were clean, the location worked well, and the service was spot on. At check-in, we got all the information we needed to find our way around. We had a great stay and would choose this hotel again if we came back to the city.

The hotel is an easy walk from the Chiang Mai gates, which made getting around convenient. What stood out most was how clean everything was. Staff were constantly tidying every part of the property. They were also super friendly and welcoming. For a 3-star hotel, I was really impressed. Well done to the Baan Sang Singh staff.
