We'd paid for a confirmed booking, but when we arrived they had given our room to someone else. The staff were rude and no help at all. They told us rooms go to whoever arrives first, even if they've been booked. Horrible customer service. I'd stay away from this place.

There were guests partying and screaming at 3:00 A.M., and my telephone was stolen. The doors don't have locks. The beds are full of radiation, and it's always increasing. Horrible.

Bad service. The owner seems to care only about holding wedding ceremonies and doesn't care much about the guests. Not recommended. 🖕🖕🖕

The people, garden, room, and place were all nice. Just a bit dirty, especially the fridge!

A nice Lanna-style resort, though the room looked a little dated.
