We came to look at the condo, but didn't go beyond the front desk, apart from using the toilet. It looks modern and quite nice from outside, though the entrance was a mess of plants, which should have been a warning. The foyer was only surface clean, there were boxes on the stairwell that seemed unsafe, and clutter in every corner. The reception desk is too high to see over, and cleaning equipment is left in the ladies' toilet because there's no proper storage. And bring your own toilet paper if you need to use the toilet. The management and condo committee need to be more active. Sorry, no photo. I didn't want to stay that long.

There was some noise from a bar about 100 meters away between 9 and 11 pm. Otherwise, this was a very good condo, with clean, minimalist, well-designed rooms. The staff speak English, there's a coffee shop downstairs, and you can arrange private cable internet. The Wi-Fi in my room was very good, up to 30mb.

I spent over 12 months living here and really enjoyed it. The view of Doi suthep is great, and the building managers are professional and friendly. For a short-term condo rental in Chiang Mai, it's the best value.

I've been using this place as my office for the past few months and am very happy with what's provided. It's conveniently located for both Doi Suthep and the Nimman area, with a good coffee spot right on the premises. The staff are super friendly and ready to help. Rooms are serviced if you ask. They're functional and well maintained, even if they're not very modern.
