It's generally quiet and safe, and budget-friendly too. The hotel is close to the night market and restaurants with high ratings on Google Maps. Everything is clean and tidy. They don't clean the room daily, but water and toilet paper were provided each day. The owner is very nice and happy to help with information. Highly recommend giving it a try.

The only downside was that I didn't stay longer in Chiang Mai. The hotel itself was quiet and clean, with comfortable beds, a movie channel, and lots of news channels. I never smelled the restaurant, though I wish I had since the food looked amazing. The morning market is just a short walk, about two blocks, with cheap, amazing fruit, vegetables, prepared Thai food, and drinks. The busy Sunday market is also within walking distance, around 10 minutes away.

The night market is just around the corner, and the room was cozy, perfect, and very clean, with a super comfortable bed. They welcomed us and helped us from the moment we arrived. It was exactly the kind of stay I could have wished for.

Reception had an English speaker, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was good, close to the old city sights.

The staff were polite and helpful, and even arranged bike rental for us without any hassle. The rooms are clean with a good basic setup. You can walk to the popular Saturday and Sunday night markets as well as tourist attractions. Highly recommend staying here!
