The rooms are clean and really nice, and the whole place has a laid-back feel. It's right in the heart of Chiang Mai old city, too. I came back and was so glad to see Ali, who welcomed me warmly and was super friendly. The rest of the staff were helpful and kind as well. Highly recommend it!

The cats and kittens were my favorite part, along with the building's architecture and art. I booked at very short notice, showed up, and my room was ready straight away. The housekeeper was fantastic and worked around whatever time suited me for cleaning. There's also a great dispensary downstairs with affordable prices, and the young man working there was friendly and helpful. I had an amazing stay in Chiang Mai.
