Chonlada Place

At 10:30 pm, both the front and back doors were wide open, and nobody was at reception. It didn't feel safe, since someone could easily break into the property. One patio door lock was broken and wouldn't lock at all. It stayed that way for my whole visit, and I only noticed just before checkout. The patio bars made it seem like nobody could get in, but they shouldn't leave a broken lock. The room was large and cheap, but very unclean. The washroom was covered in mold, the toilet paper was messy when I arrived, and the kettle still had water left by the previous guest. There was hair on the floor and fingerprints everywhere. I didn't want to touch any surface. The housekeeper should do a better job. I'd rather pay more for a smaller hotel room with a safer, cleaner environment.
