The people here were very hospitable, and it's a lovely budget homestay with some good restaurants and coffee nearby and a fruit stand around the corner. The WiFi was good enough for Zoom calls, and the A/C and shower worked well. There are a few dogs on the property that bark around midnight, thankfully not for long. The soundproofing isn't great, so there was some noise, though it was mostly quiet at night. The beds are very hard. They kindly gave me five blankets to soften mine, which helped make it okay. There were stains on the sheets, towels, and furniture. Still, it's a nice place.

The owner was super helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean and had a nice balcony, and the location was perfect, close to the city but on a quiet street in Pai.

That handmade map of the neighborhood and the local tips were so useful. I stayed at Chor Chang House for almost a month, and everyone there made me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a proper door separating the shower made a real difference. I’d happily recommend it, and I’ll definitely return. Thank you so much!

The beds were a little firm for my taste, though I could manage. What really made the stay was the owner and their family, who were kind, accommodating, and always helpful. It’s a 10 room place with a small pool. Breakfast is included each day, made fresh after you choose what you want and set a time the day before.
