D Condo Sign Chiang Mai R628

Central Festival is right next door, with a 7/11 even closer. The property is kept up very well, and the security staff are diligent.

Booking a Grab was super easy, and getting around from here was convenient. Chiang Mai Festival Mall is very close, and the building felt clean and private. We stayed two nights and had a great time.

Central Festival is right beside the condo, so you can get whatever you need there. The staff are friendly, and there’s a gym and a very large swimming pool. It’s a great place for either a short or long stay, though the old city is a bit far if you don’t drive.

I was disgusted as soon as I walked into the room and wanted to leave. I had specifically asked for a clean room, but the walls and pillow were dirty, and the cover had no sheet. When I complained and asked to cancel for a refund, she said she was sorry I didn’t like it, but the building was old. She told me to contact the booking company because she hadn’t received any money. I cancelled, then she withdrew the money, so I lost it for no reason. I kept the key for a week, but found somewhere more suitable to stay. This was the worst experience I’ve had in this beautiful country. She ruined my stay. Never again.
