Khum Phaya Resort and Spa

There's beauty wherever you look around the resort, and the whole place is built up beautifully. Rooms are easy to reach from the reception by buggy, and the pool is accessible from all of them. Breakfast is served in the in-house cafe. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. It's near malls, restaurants, and tourist spots, but far enough from the old town's hustle and bustle.

The location feels a bit isolated, so we needed a taxi or Grab to get into town. They do offer a free shuttle, but only once a day. There are a 7-eleven and other shops nearby. The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful grounds and entrance, a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and comfortable rooms with pool access. The facilities were great, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The clean pool was a little cold in November. Breakfast had a good variety. I'd definitely return.

The vibe here was beautiful, and the atmosphere was better than anywhere else I've stayed. The pool and spa felt so relaxing and were such a VIBE. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. Thank you.

The villa looked beautiful, but staying there was a nightmare. People opposite sang karaoke loudly until midnight, then kept talking. They were drunk, and the woman was screaming and laughing like a witch. It felt so disrespectful, and the villa wasn't worth staying in at all. We complained at the front desk and were told they'd been dealing with noise complaints for years. Why keep selling the villa to guests? That makes no sense. They should renovate the room instead of letting an unsuspecting customer who pays such a high price get caught in this trap.
