Royal Heritage Pavillion

The pool was a nice place to cool off after being out in the sun, and it was kept in good condition. We also found the rooms comfortable, spacious, and clean, with what we needed for a convenient stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful, always smiling. Royal Heritage Pavilion is only about a 10 meter walk from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by, while the area is still quiet enough to relax. It felt like good value in Jomtien. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone after an affordable, comfortable place by the beach.

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel may be a little dated, but it's still in good shape. Nice place, worthy of 4-5 stars.

I paid for several weeks in their most expensive room, but it had mice. They moved me into a smaller, cheaper room and still charged me for the more expensive one. I'd also avoid the hotel laundry service. It permanently damages clothes.

The atmosphere is relaxed, and for the price, I was satisfied as long as I didn't expect everything to be five-star. The decor is Thai Traditional rather than modern, and some obvious design flaws are easier to overlook because the other facilities are good. Staff do enforce the hotel rules, so they may not be able to accommodate every request. Check the booking policies, since extra add-ons can cost more. The views are great, the staff are decent and do their best, and I appreciated that. Facilities are good, including a kid's pool on level 2, with reasonable options for children. It suits couples or families and is reasonably priced. The suites could also work well for a decent-sized group celebrating the new year. I'd recommend staying and would come back.
