The owners and the neighborhood were lovely, and the location worked really well for exploring the old town. My second-floor room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully laid out, with nice light and airflow. I enjoyed working on my laptop from the balcony, and the shower was good. The hotel is tucked down a small road, but traffic noise came through now and then. Still worth the money :)

Friendly owners, a great location, a large room and good hot water pressure made this pretty good value. Just be careful with an upstairs room facing the street, especially A1 or A2. I stayed in A1, which gets the afternoon sun, and by evening it felt like a sauna. Even the walls and a bottle of water left in the room were hot. The air conditioner wasn’t very cold, and it took over an hour for the room to cool down. Keep cosmetics and medication in the fridge.

We only wish we could have stayed longer. The price was low, the location was great, and the service was kind and friendly. They even let us check in very early. The rooms were much larger than we expected, and spacious as well as nice to look at. These reviews should be way higher.

I only spent one night here before heading to Pai, but the service was good, and the room and bathroom were nice. The hotel sits in a low-traffic alley, so there wasn’t much noise, and the large air conditioner was silent. The owner arranged a minivan to pick me up at the hotel for 190 bath per person. Very convenient and good service.
