The gardens, ponds, waterfalls, photo spots, and the beautiful Wedding happening during our visit were the highlights. I'd definitely stay again, but I'd get breakfast early. We stayed overnight during a weekend scooter trip, and the room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and fresh, nice-smelling linens. It was very clean except for shower corners and a few dead bugs behind the bin. Breakfast was included and served from 6:30 to 10, but we arrived at 9 and much of the food was gone or nearly gone. The bacon was sitting in grease, and when I tried to order eggs twice, nobody was at the station. I ended up taking a fried egg from a platter. Our cleared table had no silverware or napkins, so breakfast was a bit disappointing.

The calm scenery is outstanding, with a hilly horizon, a lovely floral garden, and a creek running through it. It's a great place for nature lovers who want a cozy, relaxed staycation in Chiang Mai. The ambience creates a peaceful setting, and the staff and service were amazing and very helpful. I'll definitely visit again.

The quiet setting and lush greenery made a strong impression when I checked in. Trees, streams and rivers, little flowers, butterflies, and hillside bushes all fit beautifully into the landscape design. I loved the stunning outdoor pool, it felt like heaven to me. The room was modern and clean, and the natural essential oil with a tea candle prepared in the bathroom was a lovely touch. Breakfast wasn't outstanding, but it was enough for me. On days with nice weather, they set up an outdoor cinema on the lawn until 10:30pm. Watching under the sky is a nice evening option, though if you're looking for nighttime quiet, you'll have to put up with the sound even with the balcony window and door shut. It's still one of my favorite resorts in Chiang Mai.

Room 114 was in lovely shape when we arrived, and the team, Sunet, Kies, Malee, Duk, Aom and Winner, welcomed us with smiles. My family and I only stayed one night at Flora Creek, but we had a wonderful time. The former garden setting explains all the flowers and greenery, and it’s beautiful to take photos around the hotel. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, though the hot drinks could be better. It takes a while to get here from chiang mai city, but the trip is worth it. We’ll be back!

The way the staff looked after us during an emergency is what I’ll remember most. My friend suddenly became very ill, and we had to call an ambulance. It was traumatic, but the team handled everything with care and professionalism and helped us feel safe throughout. They even kept checking in afterwards with kind messages to ask how my friend was doing. We’ll never forget that kindness. Before all this, we enjoyed the lovely atmosphere and good food, and the staff helped arrange ATV driving for the day. This was the best hotel service and care I’ve ever experienced. Huge thanks to Toon, Bas, Duk, Net, Aom and Winner from the front office! 🙏
