The bed was the worst I’ve slept on, and I ended up with a backache. There was a lockable door connecting to another room, so we could hear everything from next door. Our room had no window and felt completely humid. The shower head and toilet light both had problems, and there was poop on the sink from a small animal. They said they’d send self check-in instructions, but by 2:15 p.m., after check-in time, nothing had arrived. I had to call, and the man made no effort to help. Messages later got no real reply, just a copy-paste of their automatic response. I moved to another hotel.

Please read the comments before booking. I reserved five nights online at 400 baht per night, but when I arrived the hotel didn’t look like the pictures. I cancelled, but they refused to refund me. The hotel itself was very dirty and in disrepair, and there was no cleaning service. They don’t seem to care about cleanliness or their customers. In chiang mai, you can find hotels at the same prices that are very clean. Go inn hotel in chiang mai all is the same dirt.

The room was okay and the staff were good, but it was really noisy. You could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms.
