I picked this hotel after comparing a lot of places for a longer stay, and I’m glad I did. Even in high season, it costs much less than hotels with similar facilities. The staff are polite and helpful, and my room was spacious and very clean, so I felt comfortable there. I also liked having a smart TV for YouTube and Netflix before bed. I had to cancel my booking, but they kindly refunded the full amount for 7 days. I really appreciate how understanding they were and the service they gave. I enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it. This is an honest review.

The hotel is very clean, and the room felt especially fresh since the property is new. It’s right across from the bus station for Bangkok and Chiang Rai, which is super handy. They let us leave our bags at 6AM and use the toilet, which was spotless. There are food stalls, a 7-11, and lots of motorbike rentals nearby. We got one for just 250baht / 24 hours. I also left something behind, and they were kind enough to ship it to Bangkok. The service was top notch, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Free coffee was a nice extra, and the 24-hour service made things easy. The reception team were welcoming and very kind. My room was clean and quiet, just right for resting. It’s a great hotel, and I’d book here again.

The rooms look modern and clean, and the price is reasonable. Staff are really friendly, and there’s a cafe right next door. It’s very close to bus station terminal 3, so it seems like a great place to stay when traveling between cities. I’d definitely recommend it.

Cloud9 is a small, charming hotel with rooms that are roomy, clean, and well looked after. The staff were the best part for me, welcoming and helpful from the minute I arrived, always ready to lend a hand. The bus terminal is only a short walk away, which made getting in and out of Chiang Mai easy. I’d recommend staying here if you want somewhere clean and convenient with friendly staff. ...
