If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked a room online, but when I arrived, got the key, and went inside, it sadly wasn’t the room the online picture had promised. I told reception I wanted the room I’d booked and paid for, but they said this was all they had. The room smelled bad and I didn’t feel well in it. The hotel’s response was basically, “Well, then you need to cancel.”

The rooms were so clean, and the balcony was a favorite. The bed and sheets were clean, and the bathroom was absolutely spotless. The staff were amazing. I’d stay again, and if I moved to Chiang Mai long term, I’d love to stay here long term too. Thanks so much to the staff! 🙏🙏😄

I come here every year for the marathon. The room is spacious, clean, and well organized, and the price is very budget friendly. It’s about a 1-kilometer walk from Chiang Mai University and near Kad Na Mor Market. A great place to stay close to the university, with plenty of food options nearby.

The bed was awful, more like a slab of wood than a spring or memory foam mattress. I also found ants moving in and out of several cracks in the wall. The place looks pretty run down and really needs a renovation.
