The owner was so lovely, and getting around was easy: the gate market is a 10-minute walk away and 7-Eleven is about five minutes away. Our private room was roomy, with comfortable beds, and the shared bathroom setup worked well. The whole hostel was very clean and smelled nice. We also had useful things like a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, and kettle. Would definitely recommend staying here in Chiang Mai.

A peaceful hostel in a great spot, and really good value for the price. Our private room and the shared bathroom were both clean and everything was good. The owner was very helpful.

The free self-serve coffee in the mornings was a nice extra, and the owner was around each day, friendly, and checked that we were all right. We arrived at 1 a.m. after a late flight, but he stayed up to welcome us because we had let the hostel know in advance. Our private room had a large, comfortable bed that suited us well. The toilet and shower rooms along the hall were fairly clean. There's coin laundry on site, though the dryer took a lot of coins to get things dry. I'd use a full laundry service nearby instead. Scooter and bicycle rentals are just around the corner. We stayed three nights and would happily come back. Highly recommend.

The owner was very friendly, and the location worked perfectly for us. We could walk to plenty of markets and restaurants, while the place was far enough from the busy streets to avoid their noise. My boyfriend and I stayed four nights in Chiang Mai and had a great time.

The owner was kind and ready to help with whatever we needed. The location in the old city was just right, and the rooms were spacious with all the comforts we wanted, even flip-flops. Everything was meticulously clean. Highly recommended!
