Paradee Residence(ปารดี เรสซิเดนซ์)

The owner was rude, and I felt they were lying to me. I gave 2-3 days' notice that I was moving out at the start of the month, then told them that morning what time I'd leave. We had agreed on 7 PM. When that time came, I called and was told they were on the way, but I waited and they never showed up. It was dark and I was hurrying to move my things, so I wasn't going to sit around waiting. They later said they had errands, but didn't call to update me, unlike when I was moving in. Why set a time if they weren't going to come? On the 16th, several days after I had moved, they called shouting and accused me of taking a blanket and pillow, even though I'd asked them to remove those when I first moved in. They showed CCTV footage and also claimed I'd taken the TV remote. Why would I take a remote worth 100 baht? I didn't even watch TV because the picture was blurry. Then they said I was always at the dorm sleeping there, but they weren't even there on moving day. I have video footage. They didn't return my security deposit either. I didn't steal the blanket, pillow, or remote. This dorm is awful, and the service before and after moving in was completely different.

I told the owner two or three times that I was leaving and called again after I had moved my things. They said they were coming in to check and settle the bills, but they never showed up. The remaining security deposit wasn't returned. When someone moves out, the owner should come and inspect, but they didn't pay attention to my calls.

I felt really disappointed and unimpressed by what was said. They made an issue out of little things.

There was parking, the room was clean, and the owner paid attention to things. 😃
