The place brings back memories of the backpacking house we stayed at ten years ago. They sometimes put out lovely freshly baked bread, and the homemade rice crackers are amazing and addictive 🤭. Mr Tee and his wife are accommodating and helped us find our way around Chiang Mai. They even helped us rent a scooter. It's a great location in a quiet neighborhood, about ten minutes from the central town. There's a nice massage place five to eight minutes away on foot, and a laundromat nearby too. Highly recommend staying here ❤️

The owner is helpful and pleasant, and there's always water and snacks in the fridge for guests. The area has great vibes, with local people, lots of street food, and cafes offering great value. It's not far from the old town. I used the drop off bikes available at the hotel entrance to cycle downtown and elsewhere, which in my opinion is the cheapest and most enjoyable way to get around Chiang Mai.

The owner was very hospitable, and both the room and restroom were very clean. There was free fruit, bread, and drinks in the lobby. For getting around, Tha Phae Gate is about 3 km away and requires a taxi. Right next door are a bakery and self-service laundromat, while a 7-Eleven is about 300m away. At night, street vendors sell snacks too, which made everything convenient. We enjoyed our stay here ❤️

The owners really make this a pleasant place to stay. They leave cakes, fruit, tea, and coffee for guests, and recommended places to visit and eat. We found we needed either a Grab or one of the ebikes to get around. I'd definitely stay here again.
