The housekeeping team made our honeymoon stay memorable by decorating the room so beautifully. Everyone we met was kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the property felt new, warm, and comfortable. Its location was very convenient too. We’re grateful for the service and would definitely return.

I only went to the Indian restaurant for lunch, not to stay at the hotel. The food tasted good, but the portions were very small and the extra charges on the bill weren't clear on the menu. My veg thali came with just one small naan. I wondered if the small serving was meant to encourage ordering more. Water cost 60 Baht, which seemed hard to justify for something they simply stock and sell, and I questioned how ethical that kind of margin was. Service charge and other taxes were added as well. I didn't feel I got value for what I paid, and have had better value at many Indian restaurants in Bangkok, even though this place was more expensive than most of them. I'd look for another restaurant.

They remember me, greet me with real smiles, and make each arrival feel like coming home. They manage to be warm and familiar while staying professional. They pay attention to what I need and respect my privacy at the same time. It’s rare to find a place that feels so welcoming and still so polished. I plan to keep staying here whenever I’m in Chiang Mai, and recommend it to anyone who values personal service.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a roomy bathroom and good water pressure. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help. The hotel is centrally located near Maya Shopping Mall, though traffic can get heavy. I had a very pleasant stay.
