Fabulous stay, with a great room and an excellent location. You can put breakfast together yourself, too. I'll definitely be back.

A pleasant guesthouse in a handy spot, right by the Nimman area.

There’s a complimentary breakfast where you can make your own food, plus hot drinks and free fruit available throughout the day. The owner is really friendly and gives great advice. It’s on Nimmanhaemin Soi 9, and the rates are reasonable. The rooms are a decent size, though not especially spacious, and each has a private bathroom.

The room looked vintage and welcoming in the photos, but the real one was nothing like that. The walls were badly faded, the bathroom floor wasn’t finished, and the sheets and blankets were dirty. You can see it in the pictures. My friend and I didn’t feel comfortable staying that night.
