ZEN Rooms Soi Chom Chan Apartments

We left after only five minutes. We’d arrived expecting a safe because it was listed on the website and was one of the main reasons we chose the place, but there wasn’t one. The room was gross, even by Thailand standards. During our usual check, we found bed bugs, ants, spiders, and webs in every corner. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the apparent hackjob renovations. The whole operation seemed shady, running a hotel from an apartment building under a different name. They couldn’t find our booking, and check-in was an hour later than advertised. I reported the problems at the front desk and asked for a full refund, but the “manager” refused. I strongly recommend steering clear.
