I paid 6,000 THB a month plus 500 THB for cleaning the common areas, but those areas were dirty, and I have photos. My room wasn't properly cleaned before I arrived either. There were spiders, ants, and webs, and even after I asked at check-in for them to be removed, some webs were still there. While I was staying, nobody came to clean the room or take out the trash. At checkout, the landlord kept 500 THB for “move-out cleaning,” a charge that hadn't been disclosed or included in the contract. The room lacked basic items like a kettle, trash bin, hangers, toilet paper, and soap, so I had to ask for them. After I moved in, that same room was advertised for 5,000 THB instead of 6,000. It wasn't a lot of money, but the experience felt very unpleasant and misleading. Be careful and get all the conditions confirmed in writing.

Really good place. I've just booked for two months. It's close to everything, and the owner was very helpful setting up my room with a fridge and computer table.

The room is very spacious and clean, and the place is quiet and safe. If you're looking for somewhere peaceful, you can book TF. It's also near Central Airport Chiang Mai shopping centre.

I paid for my stay in advance, then called to confirm after reading some reviews. I was shocked when they told me the hotel was fully booked and had no room for me. They offered no compensation and didn't even apologize properly, just a cold, dismissive “sorry.” I'd chosen this hotel for the Lantern Festival, and by then there were no other options left. When I asked what to do, the staff said we should “figure it out” ourselves. The nearest alternative was 25 kilometers from the city center. I'm extremely disappointed. They didn't honor my reservation or make any effort to fix the situation. A simple apology isn't enough. This is completely unacceptable, and the hotel should be removed from the platform so nobody else gets scammed.
