The building has studios on its lower floors and one- or two-bedroom units on the top three. The units come with a full-size fridge, microwave, electric stovetop, pots, pans, and utensils. Maid service twice a week is included, as are nice bedding and linens. It's quiet and clean, with a small rooftop pool and a modern, well-equipped gym, so it works for a few days or a longer stay. More people are finding the place, and there's a waiting list in the winter high season. If you're coming then, plan a few months ahead. From March through September, rooms are usually available.

If you're staying for a month or longer, this is the place to be. It's by Chiang Mai Gate in the old city, so you can walk everywhere, and it costs much less than hotels. The condo-like setup is well priced and feels comfortable, with a nice rooftop pool and a great view from the pool deck. I've grown to love it here, and you'll meet plenty of people who can become friends.

The grounds are lovely and well maintained, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. There are different room options, from suites to apartments. We rent a suite for three months every year, and housekeeping cleans it twice a week. A good choice for either a short visit or a long stay.

We came to Chiang Mai for a quick trip, and our first night wasn't pleasant. Then we found this place, where the owner and staff were lovely and helpful, and the price felt worth it. We especially enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace. We'll come back next time we plan a visit to Chiang Mai.

The location near Chiang Mai Gate is excellent. Our room had a comfortable bed and a large bath and shower that both worked well. Rooms vary, but each comes with a kitchen. It was quiet and clean.
