The rooms are basic but large, and they have everything you need. The price is very good, too. I like that there’s a kitchen where you can cook your own food, especially useful for people with a special diet. It feels like home, with friendly, helpful management, and it’s convenient. There’s parking for both cars and bikes.

There are different room and apartment sizes for short or long stays, at very reasonable rates. The location is great, and the staff are amazing, kind, helpful, and quick to respond.

We stayed for 10 nights and had a really good time. The room was spacious and very clean, though pretty basic. There was a handy kitchen area on our floor with free water, appliances, and a washing machine. It cost 20 baht per load, and you need your own detergent, though you can buy some at the office downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the wifi was pretty good. It did get choppy during one video call, so I had to switch my camera off. Cafes and restaurants are easy to reach on foot. Highly recommend!

I’ll be back next year. Everything was clean and working well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, just down from Maya mall and about a 30 min walk to the center of Old Town. My room was large, with a nice long desk, though not much else in it. The chair wasn’t comfortable, so I moved it and sat on the bed instead. For a small upgrade, you can add a TV and fridge. The kitchen had enough for basic cooking, but could use things like a mixing bowl, a lidded pan, a strainer, and a wok.
