Monoji House in Santitham, Chiang Mai is a lovely minimalist vacation home, and it feels a bit like having a cafe at home. It's attractive from every angle, warmly decorated, and right in the city, so getting around is easy. It's about five minutes from Nimmanhaemin and the old city. There are three bedrooms for five guests, with two extra mattresses available, and three bathrooms. The beds are comfortable, and every room has air conditioning and hot water. It's furnished with a TV, WiFi, a fully equipped cooking kitchen, a washing machine, and board games. One car can park inside, and a 7-11 and laundry shop are 50 meters away. At 3,000 THB per night, or 3,500 on weekends, it could suit families or groups of friends wanting a warm, private place.

Monoji House is the guesthouse we're recommending in Santitham, Chiang Mai. It has a warm minimalist look and is beautiful from every angle, almost like bringing a cafe into your home. There's a washing machine and board games too. This cute minimalist home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, so it works well for a group. The beds are soft, the air conditioning is cool, and it has all the amenities you need.

I just stayed here and really recommend it. The house was very clean and decorated so cutely, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There's parking, and it's close to Nimman and the moat. 🏡✨🌟

It's a cozy, homey place that suits families or groups of friends. The decor is very cute, with lots of spots for photos ☺️😋💕. Parking is available, and a 7-11 is about a two-minute walk away, which is really handy.
