The outdoor area was a highlight for me, with a wooden sofa beside a peaceful fish pond, and the on-site café is lovely for unwinding. It really feels like a home away from home. The spacious rooms have big, comfortable beds, a cozy living area, and a roomy bathroom with a luxurious shower. Above all, the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the stay memorable.

The hosts were kind and welcoming, and the hotel sits in a peaceful area with a busy street close by. Our room was clean and cozy, with lovely vintage details that carried through the room, yard, and lobby. We had a great stay, and I’d strongly recommend it in Chiang Mai.

The courtyard was my favorite part, with a lovely koi pond and places to sit. The rooms are beautiful and unusual, and the AC worked well. Ours also had a big bathtub. Each morning they served a small breakfast in the "lobby," including tasty local fruit. We stayed four days and ran out of toilet paper twice. The replacement rolls were never full, so we had to ration tissues from my purse a few times, though there was a bidet. Since it’s a very local spot, expect birds and lizards making noise at night and critters scurrying around outside. We didn’t find any in the room. It’s a great location for an authentic stay, though people looking for a standard hotel might prefer somewhere else.
