The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Khun Noom, who took great care of me during my stay. The room was very comfortable, and the location was excellent, close to the local market for food and other necessities. I'd definitely recommend this place and hope to return.

The biggest problem was the hotel's safety and facilities. The safety warning wasn't adequate, and I fell down the steps and was seriously injured. The hotel never apologized or dealt with it, and no one relevant came to handle the matter before I posted this. The night duty staff member was rude, yelled at us, and didn't help. He was an ugly male waiter. That kind of image and service isn't what I'd expect from a four-star hotel. The building is very old and smells moldy inside. We could put up with that for two short nights, but the hotel fell short in hygiene, service, and facilities across the board. I've seen many other guests comment on front desk service problems, yet the hotel hasn't improved. There are many good hotels nearby, so please don't choose this one. If you stay here, be prepared for the hotel not to help and to yell rudely at you if there's an accident.

The welcoming lobby and veranda were lovely, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool, though, was tiny and cold, so we didn't feel like getting in.
