Jira Boutique Residence

Jira Boutique was a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the pool was lovely for unwinding after a day out. It's also conveniently close to cafes, markets, and the night bazaar. I'd definitely recommend it for a Chiang Mai visit.

I stayed for 10 days and found the staff and room really nice. My suite had loads of space, including a huge bathroom and a living room, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is well located, about a 20-minute walk from the old town, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The price was very reasonable, and I'll definitely come back on my next trip.

The location is good, the price is reasonable, and the staff are friendly. But after checking in, I was disappointed that my room didn't match what the website showed. They first put me in A202, which was run-down: the front door handle was loose and stuck, the room felt old and musty, the paint was peeling, and the furniture was warped. The musty smell could bother people with allergies. I asked to switch rooms, and the staff kindly offered another one on the same floor. It was a little better and didn't smell musty, so I was finally able to sleep. The coffee place downstairs was good.

I've lived at Jira for at least eight months and like both the place and its location. The staff are always friendly and willing to look after me.
