The owner made our trip to Chiang Mai so much easier, helping us organize our vacation and making us feel incredibly welcome. We spent eight nights here and loved the peaceful garden and koi pond. The guesthouse is in a quiet spot, with the old city still close enough to reach easily. We'd highly recommend staying here.

The place was clean and peaceful, just right for relaxing, and I'd happily come back and suggest it to friends. The owner was helpful with all our questions and sent us a long list of places to see and eat. He also arranged a motorcycle rental and our ride back to the airport, and kept checking whether we needed anything else.

The location and breakfast were both good, and I had a very good stay at Kittawan Home & Gallery. What stood out most was how much the owner helped me, from great recommendations to making sure I got the most out of my Chiang Mai trip. I'd definitely book here again.

We planned on two nights but enjoyed it so much that we stayed five. The rooms were quiet, very clean, and well equipped, with free water available. When we asked for a vegan breakfast option, they provided one without any fuss. The owner and his wife were exceptionally kind, welcomed us warmly, and shared useful ideas for things to do nearby. He even sorted out a scooter for us to explore on. And the adorable cat was a real highlight. We'd love to return.

I can't figure out how this is a 2 star hotel. The room was wonderful, the breakfasts were yummy, and the owner was helpful every step of the way. He knows all about the local attractions and really goes out of his way for guests. When we spotted a strange mark on our hire car bonnet, he brought out wax and a cloth and cleaned it off. On our first night, he even offered us his scooter for a trip to 7/11. 10/10 for everything.
