A clean, pleasant basic room and good value for a New Year stay. Laundry costs 20 baht.

I’ve been here for months. The building is very clean and sits in a large compound with a nice garden. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the owner, Mr Kasam, is friendly and speaks decent English. It’s easy to get to 89 plaza and other shops and restaurants.

The room gets lovely sunshine during the day, and the air feels fresh. I also liked the balcony, which is handy for drying clothes. The rooms are very clean and the staff are nice. It’s a little far from the city, but most taxi drivers know the place. You can walk to a local market too.

They were full the night we stayed, but the parking was okay. The place was clean, well located, and fairly priced. It's really a four-star place, but I gave it five because they refunded our unused night without us even asking. Good staff. I'd come back.

A good place to stay, with rooms that are clean and a decent size. There's no breakfast, though they do offer instant coffee for free. We had to pay 30 baht for an extra pillow.
