Life In Town Chiangmai

The Wi-Fi kept dropping, so we had to enter the password again and again. By the end I knew it by heart, haha. Also, the complimentary water came in glass bottles. We put them in the fridge and they froze and broke, so maybe check the fridge before using it. The location was good, within an easy walk of most places. Our room was basic but spacious, the beds were comfy, and the staff were friendly, though we didn’t see much of them. It felt very safe and secure, with a key needed to enter and leave the premises.

Great location, very clean, and the rooms have lots of space.

I booked through Expedia expecting a room with a shower and bath combination, but the room only had a shower. I stayed three nights and it was never cleaned, so we only got complimentary water on the first night. There were stains all over the room, on the doors, bed linen, ceilings, and shower floor. No surprise, since they never cleaned it.

A nice condominium with good security, and a rooftop with a pleasant breeze. It’s on the southwest corner of the moat, near the airport and within walking distance of many places. Mostly expats live there. There’s no pool.
