Little Guest House Hotel

I felt very safe here as a solo woman traveler. The family owners, mother, father, and son, were lovely, friendly, helpful, and very kind. They speak good English and even took me to the airport. It was very clean and exceptionally good value, with a private ensuite, fridge, kettle, and TV.

A sweet, kind family runs this place, and the rooms are clean. The owners were extremely helpful: they booked my activities, gave me directions, and even offered to drive me. Fantastic location just outside the North Gate.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom, and the guesthouse is within walking distance of the old town. The hosts were welcoming and considerate from the start. Even when the washing machine caused problems, they helped me get two loads of laundry done. We had a wonderful stay and I’d love to return. At 4:30am, you can hear the local mosque’s call to prayer. It doesn’t last long, and my partner, who noticed it, was able to roll over and get back to sleep. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you may not notice it. We didn’t dislike the place, it was just a different experience, and a unique cultural one.

The owner creates a lovely atmosphere at this guest house, and I’d strongly recommend it. The local hosts make the place feel amazing, and the toilet is amazing too. Great value for what you pay.
