For $50 a night, I expected better. The room felt worth about $20, in a very old house with just a wardrobe, a bed, and two small tables. There were spider webs all over the bathroom ceiling and lots of gecko droppings on the walls. The shower glass had so many water stains it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Both the towel rack and shower hose were rusty. There were big gaps in the floor, with some nails sticking up, which is dangerous.

The villa was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and luxurious, and the attention to detail stood out in the bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Its location is perfect, very close to JJ Market. The staff were friendly and helpful and made sure we had what we needed throughout the stay. We had an amazing experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable Chiang Mai vacation.

I stayed in the 1 single room for one night, and it was like a cosy little cottage outside the main building. It felt like a home for the night, and I loved it. The staff were so friendly that they even made me breakfast at 5:30 in the morning before my early flight. A real hidden gem for a short stay in Chiang May, highly recommended.

It’s a clean, pretty, comfortable place run by a very friendly and hospitable family. The neighbourhood is quiet but still near the center, about 5 minutes away by scooter. We rented one here, and it was reasonably priced and worked well. Strongly recommend if you want to stay just outside Chiang Mai old town.

There’s plenty of common space, and my room was spacious and really nice, with a TV. My stay was very quiet and refreshing.
