Mo Rooms

Lunch was a disappointment, though at least we weren't staying there. Service slowed down once they'd brought our drinks. The portions were small, and both the steamed rice and stir-fry arrived cold. The credit card sign apparently didn't mean much, since they strongly insisted on cash when we paid. This was our worst local experience. There are better places to try.

The hotel is in a good location and has a unique design. We were excited to stay at this art hotel after seeing its social media reviews, but the experience didn't match what we'd expected. The pool water was brown, so we couldn't use it during our stay. Our room, horse, was cool and had an unusual design, but it needed more cleaning, especially the marble bathroom floor. The AC wasn't working well either. The manager kindly offered to move us to a better room, dragon, but we were still disappointed: the shower heater didn't work and the mattress was very hard. I hope they improve, because it's such a cool place.

We found the hotel restaurant by chance and stopped in for breakfast. The staff were attentive, kind, and friendly. You choose a main dish from the breakfast sets, which also come with coffee or tea, juice, fruit, and toast. We tried the shrimp porridge and shrimp fried rice, and both were excellent. The price felt more than fair. Highly recommended!

The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help us. The rooms were clean, and we loved the cool, distinctive decor throughout, especially our horse room. The location was great, and we had a lovely two-day stay last week. The pool was green when we arrived. They apologized and said it was because of the rainy season, but it was still disappointing. The mattress was quite hard, and light from the street came through the thin white curtains and woke me at night. We would definitely stay again, but in a different room.
