I liked the relaxed feel and the setting, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with egg and sausage. The owner was easy to talk to and made sure the stay would suit my needs. It's simple, clean, and comfortable, with great value. I'd recommend it as a lower-priced alternative to a sterile hotel room experience. :-)

There's loads of character here, mixing modern Thailand with old wold charm. The owners and workers were happy to do whatever we asked, and breakfast was always ready for us. It's a relaxed, budget-friendly place with super friendly owners. It is a little outside the city centre, and not many people know where it is, which can make getting a taxi or pick from tricky.

The little garden makes the place feel warm, comfortable, and relaxing. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and tried to meet all our wishes. It's a bit far from the old city, but there are lots of restaurants and bars around it.

Breakfast costs an extra 100 baht and is a home-cooked meal. We had a fried egg, egg sandwich, two hotdogs, fried ham slice, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, juice, and coffee. The bedrooms were good for the price, with hardwood floors and higher quality bathrooms. Staff were friendly. Six of the seven rooms have no lift. The AC in room 301 was a little underpowered, though it eventually cooled the room within an hour.

The hotel is clean, the room is attractive, and the breakfast is great. It's close to the airport and parking is available. The beds were pretty hard. There's no elevator, so stairs may be a challenge if you have lots of luggage.
