We were treated like family by the owners and staff, and after two weeks, they felt like family to us too. Shout-out to Yai, Ng, Dream, Dtan, and the housekeeper. Their tips for massages and places to see led us to beautiful, authentic experiences. The Na BaanYa was a delightful place to stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. Its location made it easy to walk to Old Town, the Sunday and Saturday Night Markets, the Night Bazaar, and the river. Breakfast was excellent, with Western and Thai options that changed each day, so we could try local dishes. If I could give it six stars, I would. I highly, highly recommend it!

I especially loved the peaceful space on the first floor. I think I’ll remember that atmosphere for a long time. The staff were kind and did their best to help me enjoy my time in Chiang Mai. I miss the trio of dogs too. They always came to greet me when I showed up.

The staff may be the friendliest of any hotel we’ve stayed at, and everyone was always cheerful. After I left some electronics in the room at checkout, they went to the trouble of sending them to me in Chiang Rai. The room was spotless and spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and breakfast was good. It’s very clean and central, with cute, friendly dogs greeting you at reception. Chiang Mai gate is a five-minute walk away. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Chiang Mai.

We booked a connecting room for the kids, so we could stay side by side while still giving everyone their own space. Our standard room was comfortable and just right for two. Breakfast each morning was amazing, with lots of tasty options. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay in Chiang Mai. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The staff were very attentive, and breakfast was delicious. I’d recommend the fried noodles and basil rice. The location is excellent, close to the old town, with laundromats, 7-Elevens, and pharmacies nearby.
