The staff made this stay especially memorable with their warmth and thoughtful service. My husband’s birthday was a few days after we arrived, but they had a lovely cake ready to celebrate him. Those personal touches turned a great vacation into a lasting memory. The resort grounds were breathtaking, and the accommodation was stunning, mixing traditional charm with modern luxury. Service stayed friendly and professional throughout. Na Nirand Romantic Boutique Resort is an intimate, high-end escape in Chiang Mai where the staff really care about your experience.

The room was lovely, with what seemed to be an updated bathroom, and the turn-down service included nice little surprises. Service overall was excellent at this quaint resort. The bed was very hard, though that’s been my experience in most of the places we visited in Southeast Asia. Breakfast was good, but we got GI sick after dinner on our first night. The drinks and bartender were good. Someone tried to charge drinks to our room, so at checkout we had to show that it wasn’t our signature. They removed the charge. There was loud music at night, which I think came from across the river.

The outdoor areas were lovely, with shade from the trees in the daytime and soft lights at night that made things feel romantic. The service was warm and attentive, and the whole stay felt personal and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with gentle lighting and warm touches that made it cozy. The design felt thoughtful throughout, blending traditional charm and modern comfort with greenery and nature around it. Everything had a calm, elegant feel that made it easy to slow down and relax. A beautiful spot for a quiet or romantic getaway. We’d love to come back.

Breakfast on the patio each morning, looking out over the river beneath massive trees, made the property feel like a private bungalow oasis. Na Nirand was a peaceful, lush, charming romantic escape on the river, and we absolutely loved our honeymoon stay there. The staff made it unforgettable. Every person we met was kind, thoughtful, and eager to help, from sharing local recommendations to checking that we were happy. We felt cared for from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, and the shower was huge with great water pressure, a real win after long travel days. It’s the kind of place that helps you slow down, take it all in, and never want to leave. Highly, highly recommend Na Nirand if you’re visiting Chiang Mai.
