The main drawback for me was the lack of a lift. Still, this hotel deserves at least a 4.5-star rating: the staff are polite, the receptionist is really helpful, and the rooms are neat and clean. It's near thapae gate, and they offer free bicycles to use. Good value for money.

There’s no elevator, so keep that in mind if you’re carrying heavy luggage. Otherwise, the service was efficient and fine, and the spacious room had shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, and bedroom slippers. P21 Hotel in Chiang Mai is in a quiet spot within walking distance of the city center, so getting to the main attractions on foot is easy.

The location is the one real plus. We were put on the fourth floor, and hauling luggage up the steep stairs was quite a challenge. There’s no lift, and the rooms are a bit small, so my experience was average overall.

Friendly staff and a straightforward hotel. They really don't allow early check-in, for some reason, but otherwise all was well. There's no elevator, which can be a problem with heavy luggage.

The location and price were really good, and the employees were pretty friendly. The room had no windows, wasn't that clean, and got very loud through the thin walls. There’s no elevator, and the shower could be better too. All in all, a decent hotel.
