Friday 28 November 2025, video at 10:05 pm. How are you supposed to sleep with this noise going on for hours, repeating every 50 seconds? Staff knew about it, but only explained the situation and showed NO CARE.

The staff are amazing, the location is perfect, and the rooms are really comfortable. I’d highly recommend it!

The staff were polite, and this guest house is in the Old Town, close to the tourist attractions. But there were a lot of frustrations. There were no power outlets by the bed, so I unplugged the table lamp, moved the bed, and connected my power strip to the outlet behind it. Not fun. It’s the 21st century, folks. We need power points! The mattress was too springy and didn’t give enough support. I toss and turn a lot, so it was a pain. Both the room and bathroom were pretty small. For privacy, I had to pull the blackout curtains across the “door,” which was really just a sliding, lockable window, so I got no natural light. Booking.com advertised “exceptional breakfast” at a low price, but the property told me they don’t serve breakfast at all. That added to my costs because I had to go to a nearby café every day.

Daily turndown, fresh towels, a good location, and helpful staff went a long way toward making up for the dated rooms that need maintenance. It was a good place to stay, but calling it 'boutique' would be a stretch.
