After a week here, I can say I really like this hotel. Pom and the staff were so helpful, and I had a lovely mountain view from the fourth floor. It was probably the quietest place I've stayed so far. Finding somewhere this peaceful right in the old town is hard. Five gold stars!

I had to cancel a paid seven-day extension because of my circumstances, which the owner knew about, but I didn't get my money back. Her response felt completely lacking in empathy, and this strange behavior ruined the three days I had already stayed. It doesn't match what I've experienced from Thai people generally, who are lovely and empathetic and try to make customers happy. I wouldn't go here if you want to be surrounded by good energy.
