Chiang Mai had such a light, peaceful feel, with the mountains and temples seeming to hold stories from another time. The lanterns made the streets feel beautiful, and the quiet was everywhere. What stayed with me most, though, was Terry at reception. Whenever I called, he came with a real smile that made me feel welcome even so far from home. He was gentle in the way he spoke and thoughtful about the little details. That simple kindness felt rare. Some people pass through like scenery, and others like light. Terry is the kind of person you might meet just once and still remember deep in your heart. Some memories stay there, in the most beautiful place we have. ✨

We had a pleasant five-day stay, and the place was clean and convenient. It was easy to get to the airport and Chiang Mai Airport Central Plaza Mall, where we were working, and we could also walk to Old Town or take a Grab. We only had breakfast once and didn’t get to use the pool, but everything else was perfect. The staff were lovely to meet. We’d happily stay again and hope to explore the nearby area next time.

The room and bathroom were super clean, and the staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us to the Elephant Café. The hotel is peaceful, about a 20-minute walk from Old Town, with plenty of cheap food stalls and coffee places nearby. We enjoyed it while exploring Chiang Mai. I wish there were non-Thai TV options or apps like Netflix, since many foreigners stay here. The main downside is the distance from the main spots, so we often needed taxis.

The counter staff were so friendly and welcoming, and gave us some great tips for nearby places. The location wasn’t ideal, but it didn’t bother us much, since the city center was about 10-15 minutes away.

The pineapple smoothies were good, but leaving was easily the best part of the hotel. There was a lot of humidity, the A/C filters were clogged with dust, and it seemed like the bed sheets hadn’t been changed.
