The pool was chilly, but refreshing after a long day exploring around Chiang Mai. This is a nice boutique hotel with a distinctive exterior. There's a big fountain with horses, details above the doors, and lovely touches wherever you look.

The rooms, service, and location all worked perfectly for our itinerary. We wanted somewhere between the old city and nimman, and this hotel was ideally placed within the old city perimeter. The reception staff were great to deal with and went out of their way to help us through a tricky situation. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

The rooms are comfortable, the service is great, and the location is pretty good. But there's a café on site that's popular with instagramers and tiktokers, who wander around taking pictures all day. Sitting on the room patio felt quite unsettling with that going on. The pool water was very cold.

I'd like to recognize Napashnan for being responsive, kind, and considerate. I had to cancel my family's travel plans and asked for a free cancellation. From my first email, the response was positive, prompt, and professional. I hope to stay here on a future visit. I feel guests would be well looked after.
