The one catch is getting around: the hotel is a little outside the city, so book a Grab early unless you’re using the shuttle to the mall or bazaar. Bring a snack too if you might get hungry after the restaurant closes. Still, I’m so glad we spent our honeymoon here. The staff were lovely, the rooms and pool were amazing, and the whole place had that relaxed holiday feel from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was always great, and room service came quickly. Can’t wait to return.

Ford was especially kind and helpful, sorting out taxis and being ready to assist whenever we needed something. My wife and I felt looked after from the moment we arrived in Chiang Mai. The rest of the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful too. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. Service was thoughtful and focused on guest comfort. We have no complaints and came away with only positive impressions. We’d gladly recommend it, even to more demanding travelers, and would be happy to come back.
